Master’s of Airport Planning & Management - Group Project

London City Airport Consultancy Report

REPORT
PRESENTATION

Project Overview

This report covers four areas: background and market analysis, a recovery forecast predicting how and when passenger traffic will return to London City Airport, and a route development strategy identifying potential markets that the airport can exploit to aid its recovery. Finally, we proposed an investment case for several initiatives to improve biosafety and efficiency at the airport.

In addition to the report, we were asked to present our findings to London City Airport and a group of airport experts, in a 60min format with 30min of questions and discussion with the panel.

Project Breakdown

As co-project lead for the group, I created an initial skeleton, the framework which gave direction to how and what we worked on.

This was executed through the creation of the group and individual expectations, delegating tasks, facilitating brainstorming sessions and daily meetings, setting up an organization system, constructing a time frame, and managing group dynamics. I assembled and created the visuals for the report and presentation.

“Excellent throughout, with a clean, clear and consistent style, well-presented tables and figures that added to the narrative.”
